Shabby Chic furniture is meant to be exactly that, it is 'Shabby Chic' and will have a combination of distressing, and small imperfections, depending on the particular item purchased. Descriptions are always as accurate as possible please read them carefully before buying. Pictures are taken using a high resolution camera, the colour portrayed is as accurate as possible.
All items must be checked on delivery for damages. Any damages MUST be reported to the driver. The delivery paperwork must be marked 'DAMAGED IN TRANSIT'. The seller must be informed of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging by registered post. IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ADHERRED TO THEN THE SELLER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE. We will endeavour to replace the item or part of the item at the earliest possible opportunity. If the item is signed for as 'GOOD' and later found to be damaged then we accept no liability for the damage. If you purchase an item and decide you wish to return it, the following applies. You are legally entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period. You the buyer have 7 days to return the item to us, registered mail, at your own cost in brand new unused condition and in the original packaging, undamaged. A 15% service charge will be deducted from all refunds. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback as I am a very reasonable person and I will do my best to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
